La Bottega del Gelato was born in Alberobello from the passion of Daniela and Gregorio, who every day take care with attention and dedication of every phase of work: from the selection of raw materials to production, to the presentation of products.
In our artisan workshop we create gelato, cakes and desserts designed to satisfy every palate, both for our shop and for restaurants, events and special occasions. We believe in authentic production, linked to the rhythms of nature: we use genuine ingredients, seasonal fruit and products from the Apulian territory, carefully chosen from trusted local farmers.
That's why our flavours change over time and follow the seasons: you'll rarely find the same selection, but you'll always find quality, creativity and respect for raw ingredients.
We also pay great attention to those with specific dietary needs, offering lactose-free and gluten-free options, because for us gelato is a pleasure that must be accessible to everyone!
